I am a qualified, experienced Integrative Arts Psychotherapist practising in Ely. I offer short or long-term therapy with individual adults and young people.
What I offer is a welcoming space in which you can feel safe to talk about your thoughts and feelings, without fear of being judged. As well as listening to any fears or problems you may wish to resolve, I will also encourage you to explore your hopes for a better future.
I will treat anything you tell me as confidential.
The first session
This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss how I might help you. I will ask you what your expectations from therapy are and also about your personal history.
You will be able to ask me any questions about how I work.
If we decide to proceed with therapy we usually agree on 5 further sessions before reviewing how things have progressed. Some issues may take longer to resolve than others. These may require long-term therapy and progress will be reviewed by us at regular intervals.
I offer consultative, clinical supervision to qualified psychotherapists and counsellors who use a Humanistic approach in their work with clients. The relationship is central to my supervisory style and my aim is to provide a welcoming and non-threatening place for supervisees to discuss their work with clients and any issues which this may present.
